Designed for light engineering, manufacturing, and reconditioning situations. Small
batch, or single larger parts. Especially suitable for 'Cell' manufacturing, common maximum payload 90kg. evenly distributed. One-piece spray bar with upper & lower bearings carried by centre spindle which also carries integral roller track frame. Baskets are circular and the machines are constructed from 2mm mild steel plate.

* Footprint shown below on these models includes integral roller track load platform. Heavier duty versions available with fixed load rails & split spray arms.

D40 to D108
Designed for heavy loads and larger batches (Wheeled Baskets carried on Fixed Rails) Baskets are square with corners angled off. Machines are fitted with separate upper and lower spray arms.

Constructed from 5mm plate - D60 models up are constructed from 6mm plate.
